- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- For data analysis: To identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our Service, and to evaluate and improve our products, services, and your experience.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share Your data with or process Your data through the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: For AI-powered chat and analytics features. Your queries may be processed through OpenAI's API. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy for more information.
- WhatsApp Business API: For delivering business reports and notifications via WhatsApp messages.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): For delivering push notifications to mobile devices.
- SMTP Email Services: For sending email notifications and reports.
